MVP Award In Memory of Cherished Colleague

Inspired by the academy awards but with a sentimental touch and lots of character. This figurine style award was created for XN Leisure’s Most Valued Player (MVP) award and dedicated to a well loved and respected colleague who they sadly lost this year. Therefore renamed the Darling Award (MVP).

XN Leisure gave out the special award at the event hosted by their parent company Jonas, who bring together over 500 people from different businesses under their umbrella. The event was a great success and MVP awards for each company were given out. A room full of like-minded people made for a great opportunity to network with others who provide similar software for different sectors.

XN Leisure provide smart, innovative and feature rich software for the Leisure industry, covering both public and private sectors with solutions to create a better customer experience. This is achieved through providing a user-friendly digital experience and offering tools to clients to manage their businesses efficiently and profitably. The MVP award is for the Most Valued Player, which is voted for by employees of XN Leisure. Each year everyone gets to put forward one nomination for who they think has shined for that year, for a variety of reasons.

A dedication to him

Will from our design team at EFX created this striking trophy in the image of their colleague, making sure to include recognisable features of his appearance. ‘A man in glasses and a suit (which he loved to wear)’ and holding up an XN logo as an unforgettable valued member of the team. ‘The trophy was lovely, everyone had such nice words to say about it during the event’
